Sometimes we become overwhelmed with life stressors and need that extra support to make it to the next day.  YHELP! focuses on mental health overall, but YHELP!'s Hold On For Tomorrow provides quick and accessible resources for Suicide Prevention. Please read below if you need support and encouragement. If you are in danger to yourself or others please call 911.
